某まっしーんに5.2.1-RELEASEを入れてみた。
CPUはPentium4(Willamette)2.0G。

R5.1以降は、generic kernelのままでも SMP, Hyper-Threadingが利用可能です。

R5.1では RBSUで Hyper-Threadingの設定に関わらず常にHyper-Threadingが ONになります。
