Real vs Apple

今週、Real が Harmony という技術でもって、

Appleのプロプライエタリな技術の秘密を解明し、自社のファイルフォーマットの楽曲をiPodで再生可能にした [CNET Japan]

らしく、Apple 側はその行為を

てな感じで非難、さーこれからどうなんのかなと少し楽しみなわけです。
　
でもなんで Apple が "tactics and ethics of a hacker" て言葉を使ったのかがなぞだったりして。
"tactics and ethics of a hacker" て言葉、必ずしも悪い意味にはとれないんですな。
てことが Real に

なーんて事を言わせる余地を与えてる気がしないでもない。
　
でもまぁ、はっかーこみゅにちーとかではない一企業である Real が明らかに自社の利益のために
姑息なテを使ってるという捉え方がいちばんしっくりくるのでやっぱり「Real必死だな」となるわけで。
姑息なテは所詮姑息なテです。
Apple はすでに

って言ってたりして。先が見えてるといえなくもない。
